As a registration volunteer you will set-up the registration area, check-in riders, hand out goody bags, shirts, and ride information.
As a set-up volunteer you will set-up the tents, tables, and event space for the rides.
As an assistant volunteer you will help the event managers with any errands or special tasks during the event. If needed you can leave before 2:00pm.
As a signage volunteer you will be responsible for the signage on the ride routes which you will help place on Friday March 1st. A knowledge of the area and map knowledge is important. A valid driver license and insurance are required. A vehicle is necessary for 3 of these positions. The driving will be determined that day.
As a merchandise sales volunteer you will set-up the Arizona Unity Tour product ten, assist customers in their purchases, process payments, etc.
As a merchandise sales volunteer you will set-up the Arizona Unity Tour product ten, assist customers in their purchases, process payments, and pack up the merchandise and tent at the end of the event.
As an early food volunteer you will set up the food area, morning food items, beverages for the riders. Once the rides go out you will clean up the area, throw out the trash and pack up the tents.
As a rest stop volunteer you will collect the necessary supplies, set-up the rest stop, provide drinks and snacks to the riders, clean up the rest stop and return everything to David at the start location. There will be three rest stops total and we need someone with a vehicle to Captain each stop.
As an event photographer you will take photos of the event. We ask that you utilize our memory cards we provide to take the photos. A valid license, insurance, and vehicle is required as traveling along the ride route is necessary. Amateur and professionals are encouraged to volunteer.
As a ride marshal you will serve as pace or sweep. We ask that you be an experienced rider who can maintain a strong ride pace and is comfortable assisting other riders.
As a Family Fun Ride volunteer you will assist in the set-up, event operations, and tear down of the ride.
As a vendor support volunteer you will assist the vendors in unloading their vehicles, setting up their displays, bringing them water, tearing down and loading out.
As a SAG volunteer you will follow the riders through the routes to assist if a rider is unable to finish the ride for a mechanical or other reason. Volunteers are required to have a valid driver license, insurance and a vehicle that will allow for a passenger and fit a bicycle. 68 mile SAG needs to be there by 7:30 AM, 28 mile SAG needs to be there by 8:00 AM and Family ride reports at 10;00 AM.

As a lunch volunteer you will work with our lunch sponsor to set-up the meal for the riders, volunteers, and vendors. You will set-up the memorial table. You will direct riders to the meal area. You will help with serving the meal and clean up.

As a raffle volunteer you will be responsible for setting up raffle items, drawing tickets, handing out prizes, etc.
As a breakdown volunteer you will breakdown the event space including the tents, tables, signage, etc.
Cheers will cheer and encourage riders out and when the riders return

Unassigned Volunteers will be assigned DOE into various positions as help is needed. We will need these volunteers to start as early as 6:30 am and stay as late as 2:00 pm. Please indicate time period you can work and your show up time.
